Privacy Policy

Overview

CopyPromptPasta ("we", "us", or "our") provides prompt extraction for AI-generated images and videos. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Data we collect

• *Account information. When you sign in, we store your email address and authentication identifiers through Supabase Auth.
• *Billing information. If you buy credits or a subscription, Stripe processes the payment. We store Stripe customer, checkout, invoice, and subscription metadata needed to manage billing and entitlements. We do not store full card details.
• *Usage and audit logs. We store request metadata such as request ids, timestamps, model/provider details, credit type used, status, and relevant error information so we can operate the beta, support users, and investigate abuse.
• *Extracted prompt output. When prompt retention is enabled, we store the extracted prompt text returned by the service. This helps with support, debugging, and service improvement.
• *Uploaded files. Uploaded images and videos are processed for extraction but are not stored after the request completes. Files are handled transiently for the duration of the request only.

How we use your data

• *To authenticate you and provide access to the product.
• *To process purchases, renew subscriptions, and manage credits.
• *To operate the extraction service, monitor failures, and prevent abuse.
• *To send transactional emails such as sign-in links, receipts, and billing notices.

Third-party services

We rely on the following providers to operate the service:

• *Supabase authentication and database services. Supabase Privacy Policy
• *Stripe payment processing and billing operations. Stripe Privacy Policy
• *Anthropic prompt extraction model processing. Anthropic Privacy Policy

Retention

We retain account, billing, and extraction log data for as long as needed to operate the beta, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. We do not retain uploaded image or video files after processing completes.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your personal data. For privacy requests, email privacy@promptextractor.app.

Cookies and local storage

We use local storage and cookies for authentication state, theme preference, and limited anti-abuse checks related to beta access.

Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the beta evolves. When we do, we will update the effective date shown above.
